Meet Taryn

 TARYN GRANADOS, Founder

Taryn started her career in trend forecasting for Macy’s Merchandising Group in New York City. She attended New York Fashion Week on behalf of the company and was incredibly inspired by the prints and patterns coming off the runway. As a young twenty-something kick starting her career, she hardly could afford the eye candy. Instead, Taryn interpreted runway looks into step-by-step nail art through the birth of her blog, Miss Ladyfinger, in 2011 bridging the gap between the fashion and beauty industries.

The blog took off overnight growing organically across social channels to +850k followers, and before she knew it she had become a full-time influencer/content creator. She has worked with many influential brands on national partnerships, including Maybelline, H&M, OPI, Sephora, 7 for All Mankind, and CVS.

In 2013, Taryn was invited to the White House as Tumblr’s 20 Most Influential Bloggers for a Q+A with former President Barack Obama. Shortly after, in 2015, she was recruited to join L’Oreal USA as their first-ever internal influencer hired to lead social strategy and influencer marketing for essie nail polish. After three years driving massive growth for the nail polish brand, she was recruited to join the Garnier team to lead Brand Communications for the hair care brands.

Flash forward to today, Taryn has worked across over 7 brands in nearly each vertical of the beauty industry developing strategies, launching campaigns, establishing influencer and community networks, and creating content. Her passion lies in helping brands fuel growth all while fostering brand love.
